Those are the words of William Stilwell in an interview with Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post from a few years back. William is better known to some as Goat, the ‘Let’s Go Caps’ guy, or that loud feller in section 105 but to us he’s just a fellow Pappasite(a shockingly quiet one at that) and today we celebrate his birthday.
William joined Pappas Group as a full-time designer in March and apart from the constant clamor for autographs from locals, our inability to get the Capitals mascot to leave our office, and PBS Nightly Business News doing a story on him; there has been very little fanfare.
Recently, the Capitals honored William by featuring him in one of their television spots. Watch it below and make sure to chant “Let’s Go Caps!” right along with him.
