6 months ago in Tysons Corner, lunch options for Pappasites consisted of the not-so-lovingly named “Smelly Delly” downstairs or getting in our gas-guzzlers to eat at one of the various mall food courts in the area. Now, in Arlington, we still have food court options for those that can’t let go, but there are new and (dare I say) healthier options too!
Just for fun, for the next week, I am asking each Pappasite to log where we eat lunch. Let the answers start rolling in…

Just recently, I had the pleasure of speaking to the design and advertising students at George Mason University. I’m always flattered when I’m asked to speak because I feel like it wasn’t that long ago that I was once in their shoes and that I’m still figuring out things myself. You go through school with all the right training, but there are things that happen in the real world that school can’t always prepare you for. Still though, it’s a great industry to be in. Do you have realworld advice for up and coming designers?
