Sadly, yesterday our favorite fish passed away. In remembrance, we’d like to share this poem.
Dearest Dude, your eyes were so big
and we’re sorry Andy’s toys tried to kill you with a twig
You charmed all the girls
as you swam in your swirls
We know you’re in a better place
Sorry you could only get your mermaid statue girlfriend to first base
Your mom loved you and the office did too

It’s almost the end of my first week at the Pappas Group. On Monday, I joined the team as a new Project Manager.
Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed I walked through the tall glass doors and entered my new world. It’s always a bittersweet experience being the new kid on the block. On one hand I get to ask 1 million questions and not feel terribly guilty for tapping on friendly shoulders all around me and everything is so fresh, new, and EXCITING… but, on the other hand putting new names to faces, and picking up internal lingo and processes is a little like learning Russian (since I’m Russian I had to throw that in – I actually had to learn English).
